... & I've been enjoying the art of helping my clients feel their best for over 20 years.

I qualified as a therapist in 2001. I went on to work in different salons as a therapist and in managerial roles, then became a mobile therapist for my company Clear Beauty in 2007.

Now I like to combine family life whilst still offering treatments to my clients from my home based garden therapy room. I am passionate about making my clients feel comfortable, offering excellent treatments whilst being environmentally aware, using the best most effective products.

In 2021, I changed my company name to Inner Glow in order to reflect the more all round approach to aiding wellbeing, due to the personal development I have undertaken through experience & various further education courses.

I am also a qualified adult education teacher (AET), which all stems from my passion to impart my knowledge & expertise. A treatment isn't just about what happens within the therapy room it is also about your homecare advice and routine.

I have a great interest in how the body responds to the mind and find mental health & mindfulness techniques along with Reiki most beneficial.

At Inner Glow I believe in the importance of honest feedback to improve my services wherever possible. Please do feel free to offer positive or negative feedback on your experience. We have some exciting new, carbon neutral, completely natural skin and bodycare products in by the award winning Tropic.

These are what I will be using for all facial therapy, manicures & pedicures. I look forward to sharing these with you. Feel free to ask for a brouchure or e-brochure.

Lava Shells have released their new Divine Escapes Treatment, of which, I am a fully accredited therapist. This new treatment combines the beautiful hot tiger clam shells with a sensory retreat experience of a heated eyemask, rose quartz crystal placement and conventional massage techniques for the ultimate in relaxation. 

You can now pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card to make life that little bit easier.

The most exciting change is my new garden treatment room is opening. This completely self contained garden therapy space is a secure calm retreat for you to receive your treatment.

As we have all have become used to adapting our daily routines to reduce infection control. There will be some changes due to the Coronavirus pandemic, increased handwashing and surface sanitisation are part of this.

For the most part rest assured this has always been the case due to it continually being a priority of mine to ensure I am operating in a safe & hygenic manner (pandemic or not).

Whilst mask wearing is not mandatory from time to time I may ask you to wear a (provided) mask as a precautionary measure. Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival. This will hugely help in the fight to reduce the spread of any infectious viruses etc. Furthermore, if you display any symptoms and are feeling unwell please contact me immeadiately and DO NOT attend your scheduled appointment.

If government guidelines change and affect my service I will be in contact with you as soon as I can to update you.
